Sarah Rein
Meet Sarah Rein, a Licensed Master Social Worker and Certified Mental Health Therapist with over 7 years of experience supporting individuals and families. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master’s in Social Work, equipping her with a holistic approach to therapy. Her work spans psychiatric hospitals, schools, community agencies, domestic violence shelters, and private practice, allowing her to connect with clients in various settings.
Sarah works with children and teens ages 5 to 18, focusing on trauma, self-esteem, family dynamics, behavioral challenges, and mental health diagnoses like PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. As a relational therapist, Sarah brings warmth, empathy, and humor into her sessions, creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. For younger clients, she uses creative methods such as art, music, and journaling to keep therapy engaging.
With specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Sarah is passionate about helping her clients uncover the roots of their emotions and behaviors. She guides them in processing distressing life experiences, learning emotional regulation, and building healthy coping strategies.
