Precious Allen

Meet Precious Allen a seasoned and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker whose career spans over a decade in the dynamic fields of social services and mental health. Precious is a distinguished graduate of Mississippi State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Social Work. Her academic achievements continued with a Master of Human Services Counseling from Liberty University and a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University.

Precious's extensive experience in the field and leadership roles where she specialized in child abuse prevention, case management, providing family support services, individual and family assessments, community resource support coordination, development of foster parenting training curriculum, overseer of standards of practice of social workers and foster care licensure processes. Precious is known for her strengths in leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, flexibility, and compassion. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is an active member of Lambda Xi Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and she is deeply involved in community outreach. ​

She specializes in supporting children with ADHD, anger issues, and emotional disturbances. Her approach is grounded in empathy and understanding, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child. "By providing a safe and nurturing space, I help young clients develop coping strategies, improve self-regulation, and build emotional resilience, empowering them to thrive despite their challenges." She engages with clients ages 5-14 years old.
