Kemberli Brown is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Mississippi with over 15 years of experience in mental health. Kemberli earned her Bachelor of Social Work in 2016 from the University of Southern Miss and her Master of Social Work in 2017 from the University of Arkansas. Kemberli brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to PPCS with her diverse professional background in leadership, mental health, school social work, military social work, and child welfare. Kemberli utilizes skills from various treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness.
Kemberli specializes in client-centered therapeutic interventions because it increases empowerment, confidence, and overall well-being. She believes each client is unique and would benefit from a creative approach to their mental health needs in a safe environment by establishing a trusting, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship.
