Jocelyn Lane
Founder of Premier, Advocate, and Community Leader
Jocelyn received a Bachelor's of Social Work and Master's of Social Work from Jackson State University. She also holds a Master's in Public Health- Healthcare Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi.​ She has been a licensed clinical social worker since 2013, when she founded Premier.

She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Gulf Coast as well as a 2008 graduate of the Department of Veterans Affairs Leadership Development Institute.

She is the founder of The Pink Lotus Project a nonprofit organization focused on empowering women and mentoring girls. She serves as a board member of several organizations. She is the mind behind and founder of the Mississippi Minority Mental Health Symposium. MMMHS is a yearly conference dedicated to educating professionals and engaging the community in conversations surrounding mental health stigma.

Jocelyn is a published author of several publications, The Power of Self Love: Breaking Free From UnHealthy Connections, visonary author of the anthology MInd Your Mental Health: 21 Stories of Growth and Healing, several journals, and other mental wellness publications and products.

Affectionatly known as, Just Jocelyn Your Favorite Therapist. she enjoys working with adults suffering from anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, mood/personality disorders, and relationship/divorce issues. She also enjoys working with older teens. She is the founder of Vibe & Heal. Vibe & Heal is a series of mental health conversations dedicated to bringing women together in safe space to be authentic and heal in a supportive community.

Jocelyn has also been an authentic advocate for women's mental health. Her mantra is "We are moving the conversation of mental health from the back room to the front porch."
